Each tier covers a set number of design hours you can use on what your business actually needs: social graphics, web updates, brochures, ads — you name it. You’re not boxed into cookie-cutter deliverables.

Yes. Unused hours roll forward month to month — so a lighter month never means wasted hours. Rolled-over hours clear at the end of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31), so plan accordingly. Need more hours before the quarter closes? Additional hours are available at your package rate in the month they're used.

Retainer clients get priority service. Most requests are acknowledged within 24 hours on business days, and timelines are set up front so you always know when to expect your designs.

You can cancel with 30 days' written notice — no drama, no penalty. What's not available is pausing. A retainer is an active partnership, and the pricing reflects that ongoing commitment. If your workload shifts, the right move is adjusting your tier down or canceling and restarting when you're ready.

The process is fully remote-friendly: strategy, design, and feedback all happen asynchronously or over video, depending on what you need.
