It starts with a discovery call — 20 minutes, free, no pitch. If we're a good fit, I'll put together a proposal. Once that's signed and the deposit is in, we get into discovery: I learn your business, your audience, your competitors, and where you want to go.

From there, I develop strategy first. Then design. Then refinements. Then delivery.

You'll always know what phase we're in and what's coming next. I don't disappear for weeks and show up with a mystery presentation. You're in the loop.

Brand identity projects typically run 6–12 weeks. Web design projects run 12–24 weeks depending on scope. Both timelines assume you're responsive and able to give feedback when needed.

The fastest projects I've ever done? Clients who showed up to every call prepared and made decisions quickly. The slowest? Clients who needed two weeks to respond to every email.

I hold up my end. I need you to hold up yours.

Enough to get it right — outlined clearly in your project agreement.

But here's what I'll actually say: I do deep discovery work before a single design gets made. Most clients are surprised by how aligned we are on the first presentation. The revision rounds aren't there because I expect to miss — they're there because collaboration takes iteration.

If something isn't working, we talk about it. I'd rather understand the problem than cycle through guesses.

A clear sense of your business, who you serve, and what makes you different from everyone else doing what you do.

You don't need to have all the answers — that's part of what I help you with. But you should know your business well enough to talk about it. You should be the decision-maker. And you should have a realistic timeline in mind.

What NOT to bring: a committee, a folder full of your competitor's work as "inspiration," or the assumption that you already know exactly what the logo should look like.
