Introducing Delight Path—a newly established brand founded by Ramli John, aiming to help SaaS companies onboard, delight, and convert their users into lifelong customers. The name is inspired by the concept of a “Happy Path” in product onboarding, with the goal of making the user journey delightful.
The process of bringing Delight Path’s visual identity to life was an exciting blend of brand continuity, fresh innovation, and thematic storytelling. Working closely with the client, I crafted a logo that not only pays homage to their established brand elements but also weaves in a compelling aviation motif. The distinctive yellow shape housing a white star serves a dual purpose—bridging from the client’s previous venture while evoking the image of a stylized wing emblem. This clever integration ties into the broader brand theme of guiding users on a journey, with the client positioning as a pilot navigating the SaaS landscape. Beyond the logo, I extended this aviation theme across various brand touchpoints—from the client’s pilot persona as a badge to business cards designed as luggage tags. This cohesive approach not only reflects the brand’s mission of guiding users along a delightful path but also creates a memorable and immersive brand experience that truly takes flight in the tech industry.
